Privacy Policy — safeBubblePDFsign

1. Who we are

safeBubblePDFsign is operated by SAFEBUBBLE (UEN 53526788J), a business registered in Singapore, with its principal place of business at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. 2. What we collect

Nothing. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, no tracking identifier and no telemetry of any kind. We receive no information about you, your documents or your signatures. We do not know that you have installed the app.

3. How that is enforced, not merely promised

On Android, the released application does not declare the INTERNET permission. Android refuses network access to an app that has not declared it, so this is enforced by the operating system rather than by our good intentions. It is checked automatically before every release, against the exact file we upload, and the check fails the build if any network permission appears. The app also declares no storage, media, location, contacts or microphone permission, and on Android it does not declare the camera permission either.

The app contains no networking code, no analytics library, no advertising library and no crash reporter. There is nothing in it that could send data anywhere even if it were permitted to.

4. What stays on your device

Photographs of your signature are processed in memory and the copy the system picker made is deleted as soon as it has been read. Extracted signature images, their names and your settings are stored in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read and which is removed when you uninstall the app. PDFs you open are read from the copy the system file picker provides. Signed PDFs are written wherever you choose to save them, and go no further unless you move or share them yourself.

5. Permissions the app uses

Camera — only when you choose "Take Photo". The system camera app handles the capture and hands back the single photograph you took. On Android the app does not declare the camera permission at all, because the system camera does the work.

Photo selection — "Choose Photo" opens the system photo picker, which runs outside the app and returns only the single image you select. The app never receives access to your photo library.

Choosing and saving files — handled by the system document picker (Android's Storage Access Framework, iOS's document picker). The app can read only the file you choose and write only where you tell it to. It has no general access to your storage.

6. Your original documents

The app never modifies a document you open. The system picker gives it a private copy, so your original is not opened for writing at all. Signing always produces a new file, and before offering it to you the app verifies that the original document's bytes are present, unchanged, inside the result.

7. Your signature

Your signature is extracted from a photograph you took. The app removes the paper, the shadow and the colour cast; it never generates, synthesises or reconstructs handwriting. There is no drawing tool, and the cleanup tools can only remove marks or restore parts of your original photograph — by construction they cannot add anything that was not photographed.

8. What a signature from this app is, and is not

safeBubblePDFsign places an image of your handwritten signature onto a PDF page. It is not a cryptographic digital signature, it is not certificate-based authentication, and it makes no claim about legal validity in any jurisdiction. If you need a certified or legally-qualified electronic signature, you need a different kind of product.

9. Payment

safeBubblePDFsign is a one-time purchase through Google Play or the App Store. The store is the seller and handles the transaction; we receive no payment or billing details at all — no card number, no name, no billing address. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no account. Because we hold no customer record for this app, there is none for us to correct or erase.

Where we are paid out by a store, we retain the resulting accounting records for five years after the end of the financial year to which they relate, as required of Singapore companies by section 199 of the Companies Act. Those records concern the store's payments to us and contain nothing that identifies an individual buyer.

10. Retention

We hold nothing, so we retain nothing. Everything the app creates lives in its private storage on your device, for as long as you keep it there. Uninstalling the app removes all of it.

11. Children

The app collects no data from anyone, of any age.

12. Your rights

Rights of access, correction, erasure and portability apply to data a company holds about you. We hold none for this app, so there is nothing for us to produce or delete. Your signatures and settings are on your device and under your control: delete a signature inside the app, or uninstall the app to remove everything at once. If you would like to ask us about any of this, email privacy@safebubbleapp.com and we will answer within 30 days.

13. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published here with a new version number, and earlier versions remain available at their own addresses. Since the app collects nothing, changes are expected to be clarifications.
