By using SafeBubble you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Service
SafeBubble provides location sharing, safety alerts, messaging, and related features for private groups you create or join.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Acceptable use
- Share location only with people who have consented.
- Do not stalk, harass, or use the app to violate others’ privacy or local law.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play policies. Free-tier limits apply after trial expiry as described in the app.
5. Disclaimer
Location data may be delayed or inaccurate. SafeBubble is not a substitute for emergency services — call local emergency numbers when life is at risk.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeBubble is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose safety risk.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
